FOR AGES FREE TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN AVAILABLE TO BETTER CONNECT REPUBLICAN REPRESENTATIVES WITH THEIR CONSTITUENTS WITH PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESSES. UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO SELF INTERESTED STATUS-SEEKERS WITHIN THE Lorain County Republican Party THIS INFORMATION HAS NEVER BEEN MADE PUBLIC. THEY INTENTIONALLY WANT THE PUBLIC TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO CONNECT WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVES SO THEY CAN BE THE GATEKEEPERS AND WIELD POWER AND CONTROL OVER THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE. I HAVE PUT TOGETHER A MAP FROM PUBLICLY AVAILABLE DATA TO MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND AND CONTACT YOUR REPUBLICAN POLITICAL REPRESENTATIVES. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT IF YOU RUN YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE TO YOUR CONSTITUENTS.

ADDITIONALLY, THIS ALSO HELPS IN RECRUITING NEW MEMBERS AS IT IS EASY TO SEE WHCH PRECINCT SEATS ARE FILLED AND WHICH ONES HAVEN'T BEEN FILLED.

My recommendation is to have ten area caucuses that are roughly close to the same population instead of seven.

There are ten new area caucuses that are color coded in the map above.

These caucus areas were made by grouping similar areas together and trying to keep urban areas together and rural areas together so there is a somewhat equal representation between rural, suburban, and urban areas. These Caucuses do not affect the local clubs which do not necessarily have to represent Area Caucuses.

Additionally, after much discussion with Republicans across Lorain, the consensus is that the executive committee is too large to get things done in a timely fashion. Many like the idea of an executive committee mirrored after the State Central Committee where there is one man and one woman to represent each caucus area. With 10 Caucus areas that reduces the executive committee from over 40 members to 20 members. This smaller number makes it easier for the executive committee to meet and get things done and eliminates the need for a Steering Committee.
